Hey, I’m Lars. As a Product Manager with deep expertise in no-code development, I can handle the entire product development process, from problem discovery to design and full implementation. You get the benefit of a full team, but with the speed and efficiency of just one person.
With my services, you:
✔ Launch your first version in a week
✔ Validate an idea in a month
Hey, I’m Lars. As a Product Manager with no-code expertise, I manage everything from discovery to launch. Launch your first version in a week and validate it in less then a month.
In the Rapid Prototyping phase, we’ll bring your idea to life by designing and developing a functional prototype in a week. This prototype will focus on delivering the core value proposition, allowing us to gather essential feedback from real users as soon as possible. The aim here is to validate the initial concept without extensive development, so we can move rapidly toward what matters most—user insights.
Using no-code and low-code tools, I’ll create a prototype efficiently and quickly. This approach eliminates the need for a separate design phase, enabling us to make real-time design decisions as we build. By focusing on essential features, we’ll bring a functional prototype to life, aligned with your product vision and goals.
By moving quickly, we can reduce costs and validate early, setting a strong foundation for the next steps.
In the User Feedback & Iterative Development phase, we gather real-world insights from the prototype’s initial users. Based on this feedback, we’ll either pivot to address a new need or double down on the existing solution, improving features and enhancing the product to ensure it resonates with your target market. This phase is focused on agile iterations that allow for rapid adjustments based on user feedback.
I rely on qualitative feedback from user interviews and quantitative data from usage metrics to understand how the product is performing. If necessary, we’ll pivot based on new insights to better align with user needs. If feedback confirms our initial assumptions, we’ll continue refining the product by adding new features and improving the user experience. Throughout this phase, I manage the development cycle, leveraging no-code tools for quick iterations and adjustments.
Each iteration cycle typically takes around a week, but we can adjust the duration based on the complexity of the feedback and access to users. This agile approach ensures that we stay aligned with user expectations and can continuously enhance the product’s value.
Developed LunchCircle, an internal networking tool for companies that matches employees based on personality and interests using an advanced matchmaking algorithm. I led the research, design, and development of the app, completing the project in just 2 weeks with no-code tools and extensive custom code to implement the algorithm and automate key features.
Led the end-to-end development and successful launch of a developer dashboard and API documentation for a global InsurTech within 6 months, delivered on time and within budget. I oversaw the entire process, from problem analysis and solution design to product strategy and development management.
Developed and launched a workout app, Noomi, in just 2 weeks using low-code technology. I conducted user research, identified key fitness challenges, and designed a solution that helped users build consistent workout habits. The app gained a small but highly engaged community, with users working out an average of 80% of the days in a month.
Designed and developed the fastest and highest-rated claims process for a German disability insurance provider, reducing process time by 30% and achieving a 92 NPS. Initially tasked with increasing customer satisfaction, I identified key pain points and created a tool-supported, streamlined claims process that transformed the customer experience.
Lars has been a great Product Manager and team member. With his friendly, yet goal-oriented mentality he always found the right way to bring everyone together on the same mission. His user-centricity and willingness to also get involved into technical details made him a nice sparring-partner for every possible problem. Wishing him the best on his future and hopefully our paths will cross again one day.
Lars was my direct manager within a digital process innovation project. I was impressed by his ability to win all relevant stakeholders for the project by confidently and transparently mapping out the strategic roadmap he had planned. Particularly his way of working, which can be described as an agile, hypothesis-based approach, enabled him to quickly gain trust with anyone he worked with and will serve as a best-practice for all my future endeavours. I would be more than happy to work with Lars again at any point of my career.
