Hi, I'm Lars. I’m a senior product manager and managed over 30 products in my career across many different industries (Insurance, finance, music, health) for companies of all sizes. I have been working in consultancy roles as well as in-house for a unicorn scale-up.

My mission

I’ve experience first-hand why products succeed - but especially why they fail. Most of these failures were avoidable and it is my goal to give you all the tools needed to succeed.

The core issue most of these products faced was a lack of focus and insights. Many founders start with a big vision of serving many different types of customer groups and it’s good to think big. But first you have to small and win your niche. Otherwise products end up having a small impact on all of those users, but not a profound one on any of them. And they all leave. Further, talking to customers and research are seen as cost centers. The result is not knowing what you should actually build and how to advertise it. Ultimately, it will cost you lots of money in wasted development efforts and marketing spend.
